Background
Maureen is an Arizona native with lifelong residency in the Phoenix area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 1987. Following graduation, she joined a national retail corporation where she managed multi-million dollar accounts. Five years later, Maureen became a licensed realtor and has been growing her business by developing lasting relationships with her clients, resulting in virtually all of her business coming by referral.
Family
Maureen’s heart lies with her family and extended family. She and her husband Greg have four boys and frequently spend time with her parents who also reside in Phoenix during the winter months. When she is not spending time with her family or working, Maureen enjoys cooking and entertaining with friends, listening to music, reading, crocheting, hiking and riding quads at her getaway retreat in Happy Jack (Northern Arizona).
Professional
Having refined her business communications skills, Maureen officially began her real estate career in 1992 with Century 21, where she received excellent training. In 1996, she joined Realty Executives where she is presently.
Maureen has received numerous awards for overall sales production including becoming a member of the Realty Executives 100% club. Other accomplishments include being in the top 10% of Realty Executives, receiving her GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute) diploma and being a small group leader for her mentoring program with Brian Buffini & Company.
Maureen belongs to Business Networking International (BNI), serving on its membership board.
Philosophy
Maureen’s primary philosophy is to treat each client as she would want to be treated. Her core values include integrity, trust, discipline and openness in communication. She gives personal care and attention to her clients and consistently exceeds their expectations. Maureen is dedicated to fully understanding and then meeting or exceeding her clients’ expectations in every aspect of their real estate buying or selling experience.
Maureen is also committed to self improvement and developing leadership skills that benefit her clients. Her membership and small-group leadership within the Brian Buffini program provides accountability through ongoing mentoring and participation in skill building activities. She has been part of this program since 1999.
Referrals
The majority of Maureen’s real estate business comes from referrals from past clients. The time and attention that she gives to each client has produced mutual benefits. She concentrates on building relationships with her clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring their long term satisfaction.
