Congratulations on your decision to purchase a new home! In buying your home I want you to analyze your wants and needs. Why are you moving? Do you need a smaller home or is your family expanding and your current property is too small? Do you want to live in a different area, closer to work or change school district? Or, maybe you received a promotion and you are going to be relocated to another city? What time frame would you like to accomplish this in? What is your price range?

First, I want you and everyone involved in the move to make two lists. One should be a Must Have list, the other is what I call a Wish List. Make the lists as long and detailed as you like. The more information I have the better informed I am with your wants and needs.
